*All Track events will be seeded on times. * All Field Events will get 6 trials.

Closing date for entries Friday 21st March 2025. There are strictly NO entries on the day.
Numbers to be collected on the day. £10 first event, £5 per subsequent event.
Under 17 ‘s & below Max 3 events. Under 20’s Seniors & Masters Max 5 events.
Masters athletes are invited to throw their age appropriate weights in field events.

An entrant shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.
