Nottinghamshire Trail Running Championships 2026

 

Hosted within the Edwinstowe 10k trail race Sunday, 29th November 2026.

To qualify for the Notts. trail champs you must be over 18 and either have been born in Nottinghamshire OR have resided in Nottinghamshire for at least 9 months prior to race day AND have not competed in another county’s championships or represented another county since 1st October 2026.

(NB Residency anywhere in Derbyshire or any other county but having a Nottinghamshire NG postcode does not qualify for any Notts. championship).

 

VERY IMPORTANT

If you want to enter the Notts. trail champs you must email the contact within the online entry process with your details.

 

Individual medals will be awarded to men and women for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in the open category (all ages), 18-under 23,

40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. There is no senior category of 23-39 other than within the open category.

 

There will be team championships but there will likely be a change in format for 2026 and this will be confirmed after discussion within Notts AAA. Full championship information and rules will then be available toward the end of September / early October on the Notts AAA website and sent to Notts. club secretaries to pass to members.
